说明:
软件新版本发布,具体如下:
IO_R26.03:
1.主控总线板卡增加网络OTA升级功能;
2.DI32, DO32, AO10, AI16H, AI8H增加485总线通信功能,OTA升级功能;
3.采用统一的link文件,版本信息version_sec定位到 0x480;
CPU_V11.01:
1.机架5000网口up/down状态与真实情况一致;
2.冗余主机在全局新增备机的网口状态信息;
硬件新版本发布,具体如下:
IO_8AI_HW_V1.0.1:
1.初次发布;
2.PCB相同,是否带Hart,通过BOM进行区分;
3.调整REDN和STATE灯的IO口,与其他IO板保持一致;
IO_16AI_HW_V1.0.1:
1.初次发布;
2.对调REDN/STAT led控制信号接线;
3.微调FPC排线连接器(FPC1)位置;
4.为背板冗余信号的插口添加tvs和一个预留电容焊位;
5.调整PE15,通过电阻上下拉,设置Hart功能读取,导出两份BOM,生产时,可选是否带hart,PCB相同;

1.调低IO通道指示灯亮度(增大限流电阻150R改为300R);
2.端子上的PTC,由原先PTS120660V010改为0603L003/60AR(60V@30mA);
3.端子上串联二极管1N4007WS,防止误接24V电源线进信号回路;
4.DI回路限流电阻由原先5.6K改为4.7K,维持光耦导通电流;
5.电源入口的TVS和压敏电阻参数下调,匹配24VDC电源电压;

1.调低IO通道指示灯亮度(增大限流电阻1KR改为2KR);
2.端子上的PTC,由原先2A改为1.5A;
