说明:
软件新版本发布,具体如下:
IO_R25.11:
1.增加单机架双主控功能,增加对ARM9是否运行的判断;
2.采用更加严格的CAN ID设置;
3.增加主控备机状态下监控并上报总线数据的功能;
4.关闭电源板和RTD板的CAN中断,采用轮询方式;
5.使能STM32的ABOM功能,避免CAN总线停在bus-off 状态;
6.AO10采用3字节传输模式,相同值写操作不超过3次;
CPU_V10.42:
1.支持一个机架配置两个主控;
2.电源模块电压值掉线检测;
3.designer跨网段连接控制控制器;
硬件新版本发布,具体如下:
EIO12_HW_V1.2.0:
1.为原理图添加部分槽位的指示;
2.为所有的非电源槽位添加拨码开关,但是仅仅为第3号和第5号槽位提供拨码开关焊接,其他均为预留;
IO_AO10_HW_V1.1.1:
1.此版本仅修改bom;
2.修改1.1.0版本中选择耐压不当的10uF 电容(C21,C32,C94,C105,C116,C127,C138,C149,C160,C186)
从CL10A106KP8NNNC修改为CL10A475KL8NRNC ,此型号耐压35v,容值下调至4.7uF;
3.修改可能有隐患的电容C97,C152,C24,C130,C179,C108,C86,C141,C13,C119
从CL32B226KAJNNNE修改为GMK325BJ226MM-P ,原型号耐压25v,为长期考虑修改为耐压35v的电容;
4.为ao10bom添加连接灯板的排线;
5.导出一个bom差异报告塞PWB里面了;
DCPW_HW_V1.0.3:
1.此版本仅修改bom;
2.修改隔离电源模块补偿方式中的电阻值,由R158更改为R159;
3.修改IMP811为IMP811S,指明复位电压标准;
4.修改输出检流的两颗电阻R62,R63为二极管SSL510BF,并去掉原检流用电压放大器U14:INA286AIDR;
5.修改两个带隔离的bom中的ptc,将其改为不再采料,原先为采料不焊接;
6.添加bom对比报告;
