说明:
软件新版本发布,具体如下:
IO_R25.08:
1.支持A16硬件V2版,即采样电阻从249欧姆修改为200欧姆;
2.调整AI16采样电阻 200ohm 时的转换系数为 1.2449。解决现场精度不准的问题;
3.修改AI16通道灯显示策略,大于等于3.92mA时亮灯;
4.修改AI16上报数据策略,0~20mA统一上报码值0~32635;
5.关闭所有板卡的 watchdog 功能,避免看门狗异常复位;
6.新增电源模块;
7.网络断线检测,电源供电检测,冗余线断线检测等功能;
CPU_V10.34:
1.AI输入小于3.92mA显示-25%量程值,3.92mA-4mA显示0,4mA-20mA显示转换的量程值, 大于20mA显示20mA的量程值;
硬件新版本发布,具体如下:
BUS_HW_V1.0.3:
1.修改点灯模式;
CTRL_BASE_HW_V1.0.3:
1.修改点灯模式 串转并;
通讯总线专用电缆V1.2:
1.通讯总线专用线缆增加说明 不要RJ45端橡胶皮套;
AI_HW_V1.4.0:
1.修改隔离后24转5电源为dcdc;
2.修改版本控制为4个电阻,取消拨码模式,无需出厂进行版本拨码;
3.修改采样电阻值为200欧姆;
AO_LED_HW_V1.2.0:
1.要求所有灯珠等高,浮高9mm;
2.此版本pcb兼容AO灯板,但原先AO为4通道,故需要去掉6个led;
3. PCB上丝印填错,故跳了一个硬件版本;
AO10_AO_HW_V1.1.0:
1.调整原理图,将AO通道部分改为采用层次化原理图绘制,之后更好修改;
2.修改clear信号控制方式,原来的方案中clear信号为独立控制,现在将10个通道汇总到一个上,一齐进行控制,且添加一个拨码进行冗余模式和单机模式clear功能上的控制;
3.修改AO通道24v转5v供电方案,原为LDO,现修改为DCDC(原LDO方案发热严重,希望采用DCDC方案有所改善);
4.功能拨码可复用冗余功能的4位拨码的剩余两位,需要另外添加两个mcu引脚;
5.修改AO通道SPI分配方案:前4通道共用一个SPI,后6通道共用一个SPI;
6.修改AO通道24v转5v供电方案,原为LDO,现修改为DCDC(原LDO方案发热严重,希望采用DCDC方案有所改善);
7.去掉AO通道中的电压输出部分相关电路,去掉AO通道fault反馈电路,去掉spi通讯线上连接33R电阻,去掉接线用3pin排针(原理图中未删除,pcb上已删);
IOAO10_IOTB_AO10_HW_V1.0.0:
1.绘制完成初版,此版本仅是将两路ao汇到一起,无双主冗余过流输出保护功能;
